Shipping & Delivery

Allow up to 7 days for Australian domestic orders. We believe that we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners, but there may be times when, despite their best efforts, parcels are delayed in the delivery process. We will always endeavour to work with our delivery partners to ensure prompt arrival of your products. Delivery times for international orders do vary and depends on destination. Please allow an estimated 4 weeks for international delivery.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date for delivery of all parcels. While we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.

Release Dates: We do our best to supply and update you with the most current information available; however, product release dates are subject to change at short notice.

Limited Stock Available: means the product is almost sold out and will be discontinued thereafter. You are unable to order more than the stock we have available and will only accept immediate payment for this item by credit card. Offline payments will not be accepted due to limited stock levels and the time delay involved.

Pricing

All prices, charges and transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include 10% GST. We will always sell our products at the recommended retail price (excluding sale items) however we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Paper Eskimo will not be responsible for any currency conversion charges you may incur. Paper Eskimo uses a secure third-party payment processor to keep your credit card details safe.

Offline payment

If you are still not comfortable purchasing online you may select the 'Offline Payment by Phone or Fax' option on the Payment page. A page will appear with the details of your order. Print this page out and choose your preferred payment option. Please do not send your credit card details to us by email. We shall not be liable for any losses incurred by you transmitting information to us by email or post. Any such losses will be entirely your responsibility and shall not be the fault of Paper Eskimo.
