Paper Eskimo has grown on the quality and uniqueness of its products and we strive to extend this to the service it provides to its customers. We believe a happy customer is a loyal customer who will always come back based on satisfaction.

Each order is carefully packed before dispatch to ensure you are getting a quality product. However, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, we will happily arrange replacement, exchange or a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not deem itself faulty or damaged.

If you choose to exchange a product for any other reason then the delivery costs are non-refundable unless we have made an error on your order. The goods must be returned in original condition, unopened and unused and must be received within 14 days of purchase accompanied with proof of purchase, your name, contact details and reason for return. Items may be exchanged for items of the same value or in exchange for a credit note to the value of the item. Credit notes are valid for 12 months.

Returns policy does not apply to items purchased at sale prices. All sale items are final sales and no exchanges or refunds will be given unless the product is deemed faulty. Unfortunately we cannot refund any postage, freight or courier costs incurred.

All returns must be pre-arranged with management and returned to Paper Eskimo within 14 days of purchase. It is advisable to take insurance on your return post as Paper Eskimo will not be held responsible for any product lost or damaged in delivery.
